COMMENTARY
Born at Michalow State Stud in 1995 while under the direction of Ignacy Jaworowski. By internationally recognized sire, Monogramm out of Empressa, Polish National Champion mare from Michalow's "E" line. *EMPRES was raced successfully as a three year old and was at stud in Poland for three years prior to being sold to the Netherlands. He was exported to the US in 2007. *EMPRES is sire of winning offspring in Europe, some of whom have gone on to produce successful offspring themselves. Has proven himself as a sire of sport horses.
*EMPRES is noted for his long neck and wonderful movement along with an incredible disposition.
*EMPRES will move to Canada in early April, 2011.

We will only be accepting purebred mares CA tested clear prior to breeding - any which are also carriers will not be bred.
Bartongate will pay for testing of any previously untested mares after payment of booking fee. This fee will be returned to the owners should the mare be a CA carrier.
A carrier (such as *Empres) when bred to a non-carrier will never produce a foal with CA.
